Hi, I’m Madison — a certified personal trainer and functional movement specialist with over 5 years of experience helping individuals build strength, confidence, and a better relationship with their bodies. I specialize in working with active adults and seniors, tailoring every session to support healthy aging, improve mobility, and make everyday movement feel strong and pain-free.
Here at Anthem Ranch, I bring a gentle but effective approach to fitness, meeting each client where they are and progressing at a pace that feels sustainable and safe. Whether you're looking to improve balance, gain strength, reduce joint pain, or simply feel more capable doing the things you love, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me hiking, skiing/snowboarding, photographing nature, or walking my dog! I believe fitness should be functional, fun, and empowering—at every age.
Let’s train for the life you want to live!
